An Essential Tool for Every Brand
I use Mention daily - it's one of the first things I open. It helps me track any mention of my brand, allowing me to respond appropriately and stay informed about everything being said about my brand, good or bad. Each mention is scored and flagged to help me prioritize which ones need immediate attention. I receive regular notifications for new mentions, so I never miss anything! The tool also allows me to mark any mentions as irrelevant or block them completely, and the filter is useful when I want to focus on a single channel, like Twitter. Mention offers great value for money, and while there are other similar tools available, I find Mention to be the best I've tried! It allows me to see all mentions of my brand, or any other keywords or phrases I want to track. It's easy to filter mentions to focus on one channel at a time and shows each mention as it appears on the referring page. The vendor responded to my review in October.

Mention: Unparalleled in Web Monitoring Capabilities
I strongly recommend using Mention for monitoring clients, competitors, and crucial keywords as it offers the most thorough web tracking. The reports and statistics are outstanding, and I value the feature to export PDFs for client presentations. I also supply clients with the spreadsheets created by Mention for more in-depth data. The software is user-friendly and provides total coverage. However, I wish I could include my logo in the PDF reports. The vendor responded to my review, thanking me for my feedback and said they would discuss my suggestion with their team.
