      Revolutionizing Customer Call Analysis: A Must-Have for Client-Facing Teams!

      Before using Wingman, my meeting analysis was subpar, particularly for long, hour-long meetings. However, since starting to use Wingman, I've been able to take better notes, understand and analyze calls more effectively, and derive more concise action points. This has benefited both external and internal stakeholders. I can trim important discussions and create game tapes for internal sharing and future reference. The Sales and Customer Success teams in my organization also use Wingman, streamlining our processes and improving our analysis of long calls. I find the game tape feature particularly valuable as it allows me to cut long calls into small segments and share them with my team. For instance, I can cut a segment where the customer talks about a feature request and share it with my Product managers. However, there are areas for improvement. The transcript isn't always accurate and sometimes fails to capture simple words or sentences correctly. Also, the feature that allows you to skip to the next or previous segment could be improved.

      Sushma was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my queries. The support team was also fantastic and very responsive! The product is extremely user-friendly. The onboarding process was quick thanks to their concise, informative videos that guide you on how to use the system. My favorite part of the system is reviewing the calls and categorizing parts of the calls to assist with sales onboarding and overall sales team improvement when dealing with objections. I firmly believe it can be used not only for sales teams, but for every client-facing department. The transcript could use a bit of improvement. I chose Clari Copilot because it's much cheaper, but still has the most important features such as keywords (topics), game tampes, filters, etc.

I can now fully participate in my calls and revisit any missed information later. The integration process was seamless and our clients understand why we use Wingman. It has been instrumental in reviving stalled projects and understanding complex client needs. The ability to replay and transcribe provides me with flexibility for all client needs. However, I wish there was a simpler way to inform people that Wingman is a note-taking app, not a person. Perhaps changing the name in Zoom to "Wingman note-taker" could help. I chose Wingman over Clari Copilot because it was less expensive.
