      The 8x8 software is effective for managing and making calls from my computer. I value its ability to connect to my desk phone or use the internet to make calls from my work number. However, I found the Android mobile app less user-friendly and had trouble receiving calls on it. I mainly use the computer app to handle my phone calls and texts from my work number. It works as required and I appreciate being able to text from it too. I attempted to use the mobile app to make calls from my work number using my cell phone, but encountered problems with call quality. Several people mentioned they couldn't hear me. When I switched to my cell phone's default dialer, the call quality got better. The mobile app had a few other minor issues, so I ended up removing it and now only use the computer software while at my desk.

This level of diligence is rare and commendable. Although there was a minor hiccup with the county not confirming our registration, despite us having all the necessary documents and an EIN from the IRS, I appreciate their commitment to maintaining a secure and trustworthy platform. I have now requested to close the application and get a refund, and I am confident that they will handle this with the same professionalism they've shown so far. I am looking forward to resolving this issue and continuing to use their services. I will make sure all my company employees know about the exceptional service standards of 8x8 and leave glowing reviews on all platforms.

I especially love the chat feature which we utilize daily for communication with all staff.
