Efficient VOIP System with Minor Glitches
I am pleased with Dialpad, a VOIP platform that is constantly evolving and offering more features, enabling me to access my calls and clients on both my mobile and computer. However, I wish it was more dependable. I encountered problems on my older Android phone where it would switch to my personal voicemail. I was also assigned two numbers and I can't seem to control which one I use to send texts to customers. I opted for Dialpad because I wanted more reliable features when transitioning from my laptop to my mobile. I moved to Dialpad because I wasn't receiving the support and features I needed, and there were too many downtimes in 2016.

I personally wouldn't recommend Dialpad. Despite its competitive pricing, the onboarding process was awful, with months of delay and poor communication from Dialpad as they were swamped with new customers. I initially chose Dialpad for its cost and the additional functionality we required.

Advancing IP Phones - Ideal for Remote Work with Dialpad
Switching to Dialpad was one of the best decisions our IT team made. We tried other cloud phone providers, but none were as fully featured, simple, and reliable as Dialpad. Adding users, setting up phone trees, main lines, and fax was easy and intuitive. The integration with our CRM, Hubspot, provided more insight into our sales team's performance. Our users gave overwhelmingly positive feedback. The ability to work from home with full phone access was invaluable, with no disruption in our ability to make or receive calls. The deployment was incredibly simple, with Office 365 integration allowing users to sign into Dialpad from anywhere. When we moved offices, our phone system required no extra setup. It's reliable, reasonably priced, and feature-packed. The only issue I had was with the limited control.

In my view, Dialpad is the most advanced VOIP option out there, offering cutting-edge and innovative features at a more affordable price than its competitors. As one of the newest VOIP providers, Dialpad consistently stays ahead of the competition in terms of design and features. They've championed the use of softphones from the beginning, reducing the popularity of deskphones. They've also integrated messaging into the app effectively and offer all their features at a single price, without charging extra for upgrades. The app is updated at least weekly with enhancements or new features. However, the interface could be improved, as it's hard to tell when new text messages come in and there's no efficient way to filter, sort, or search. This also applies to voicemails. The internal contact directory is handy, but it doesn't allow for management in terms of merging duplicates or bulk editing. I have no intention of switching providers anytime soon.

Dialpad Support is Incredible!!
I've been using Dialpad for nearly two years and have been in the contact center industry for over 2 years. I've used a variety of products, from Cisco to Noble, but I truly love the Dialpad platform. It's incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. Moreover, Dialpad has the best support team, hands down. Francis Balmores was particularly outstanding. He was patient, knowledgeable, and quick when I needed to find a new number and set up recordings. He made sure I had the support I needed by really understanding what I was trying to achieve. He even took the time to share screen shots to assist me. It was a wonderful experience and he should be praised for his excellent work. The product is great and the support is five-star!
