Exploring the Adventure of Using Goto-Webinar: A Personal Experience
I'm currently using goto-webinar and I must say, it's been quite an adventure! There have been a few hiccups with my payments not going through initially, but the moment I get in touch with an agent, they're able to process it without a hitch. It's like having a personal assistant on standby! I've been proactive in responding to all their payment emails and forwarding them to all known contacts. It's been a great exercise in communication and patience. And even though it seems like there's no one managing the account, I've found that the agents are always ready to assist when I call. What's interesting is that the company seems to be a conglomerate of several entities, including logmein, gotomeeting, gotoconnect, and jive. It's like having access to multiple companies under one umbrella! The product names in admin may not match the product names you purchase, but it adds a layer of intrigue and keeps you on your toes. They have separate admin sites for the products, and navigating through 3 or 4 admin sites to manage the same employee can be a bit of a challenge, but it's also a great way to keep your multitasking skills sharp. It's like a treasure hunt, and I'm always up for a good challenge! All in all, using goto-webinar has been a unique experience. It's not just about the product, it's about the journey. And I must say, it's been quite a ride!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with goto-webinar! The salesperson was incredibly helpful, offering me a yearly subscription after understanding my needs. Even though I only needed a one-time setup, he was eager to ensure I got the best value for my money. After our conversation, he was quick to end the call, respecting my time. I'm still waiting for a response to my email, but I'm sure it's on its way. If I could, I'd give them more than 5 stars!

I appreciated the responsive customer service and the ease of customizing registration. The audio and video quality were good, and I particularly liked the on-demand feature. However, the basic version lacked some features I needed, such as accommodating more participants. The premium version is a bit expensive and without a strong internet connection, there can be lagging and poor webinar performance. The interface could still use some improvements. I found the integration with Eventzilla straightforward. I chose GoTo Webinar because it was reasonably priced and I had a positive experience and turnout after using it. I switched to GoTo Webinar because I needed to accommodate more than 26 participants and wanted to expand my reach.
