I find the Grasshopper system simple and user-friendly. It offers the basic features I need for my small business, such as a separate business line to keep my personal phone unoccupied. However, I'm disappointed that it lacks a separate contacts function. The app syncs with my personal phone contacts, which is precisely what I wanted to avoid. I wanted to keep my business contacts entirely separate from my personal ones, but even the desktop app doesn't permit this. I opted for Grasshopper due to the price offered at the time of service activation.

I appreciate how Grasshopper provides a professional image to my clients. I can transfer calls to any member of my team or any phone line I'm using, which is impressive. Despite my company being small, I enjoy having a professional and high-tech phone service. My partner and I work from different home offices, but we can connect as if we were in the same office, giving our small business a professional image. I wish there was an automated outgoing call service and hope they might add that in the future. I also wish calls could roll over to the next extension if the other one was busy, although I'm not sure if this feature exists.
