Thrilling Journey with Bigin CRM by Zoho
I've had an incredible experience with Bigin CRM. The customer support from the Bigin CRM team is dependable and excellent. I firmly believe that Bigin CRM is essential for all start-up entrepreneurs and small business owners. The deal pipeline feature is the best. Deal management is vital for closely monitoring all accounts to maximize our sales closings every month, ensuring no sales are missed. Hats off to Zoho. There's not much to criticize at these price points. Perhaps including more pipelines in the pricing plans would have been a good addition. I chose Bigin by Zoho CRM because it offers great value for money. I switched to Bigin by Zoho CRM as it provides better value for money with more features at reasonable prices.

Medivia Hospital's Experience with Bigin CRM: A Comparative Perspective
I consider Bigin-CRM to be superior to other popular CRMs. It offers centralized customer data, improved sales management, and data analysis and reporting. However, I encountered difficulty linking my Facebook lead directly to Zoho and had to use Zapier. I transitioned to Bigin by Zoho CRM as it provides numerous opportunities such as pipelines and mailings.

Effortless Usage. You Can't Go Wrong.
I believe that if you're seeking a professional CRM that's easy to use and customize, Bigin-CRM is the product for you. It's one of the simplest to understand, work with, and operate. It also has an excellent iPhone app available for download. I highly recommend it as a very good CRM.
