Couldn't Ask for More in a Software!
I consider Outplay to be a dependable and robust platform with exceptional client support. It's a comprehensive sales enablement tool that assists in organizing touch points and outreach. It provides a wide range of features, more than most would even utilize. I value its excellent Salesforce integration and unique time-saving sync method. The dialer and call recording system is reliable and excellent for team management. They excel at taking feature requests and feedback and implementing those ideas. The reports and data section offers most of the insights I need, although it falls short in some areas to refine the sequences, messaging, and approach. I selected Outplay due to its cost, positive sales rep experience, and direct client management. The primary reasons for switching to Outplay were the price, user experience, and available support.

Outplay has been a revolutionary tool for me. It consolidates everything, eliminating data isolation and ensuring I'm always informed about my interactions with prospects. I've tried numerous outreach platforms over the years, but none satisfied my needs until I discovered Outplay. It provides everything I require at a significantly lower cost. What distinguishes Outplay is its multi-channel sequences. My process includes LinkedIn, email, calls, and various tasks. While most platforms only concentrate on email, Outplay is incredibly adaptable. It's surprising how few platforms offer bulk updates, edits, or exports, but Outplay makes this easy. The platform never feels limiting. I can establish all the personalization, custom fields, integration, domain setup, etc., that I need for a successful campaign without any unnecessary hacks or workarounds. After investing so much time and money researching platforms, I can honestly say that it's difficult to find anything I dislike about Outplay.
