Promised Simplicity, Delivered Inflexibility and Indifferent Customer Service
When we initially began using Really Simple Systems CRM, it met our requirements. However, we found it rigid and unsuitable for our combined B2B and B2C business model, forcing us to devise workarounds. Despite a price hike, we were prepared to stick with it, but the poor customer service was the last straw. Their responses seemed indifferent and unhelpful, making us feel unimportant as a small business. This led us to look for other options and we discovered alternatives with better architecture and service at a similar cost. We chose to switch from Really Simple Systems CRM, much to my team's relief. The company apologized in response to our review, regretting any impression that our business was not valued and acknowledging their customer service shortcomings. They wished us ongoing success with our new CRM system.

I find Really Simple Systems CRM user-friendly and easy to train my staff on, with excellent support. However, as my company expands, it's becoming a costly CRM and may not be cost-effective soon. I chose it for its simplicity and price, switching from ACT due to its lack of user-friendliness and improper usage.

I've received quick and helpful support when needed. I haven't yet integrated it with other systems or fully grasped the reporting feature, but I haven't sought help for these yet. I switched to this CRM because my previous one was expensive and had unnecessary features.

After I reviewed them, they took the initiative to access my data and publicly shared some information about my engagement with them on the internet. They disclosed the duration of my usage and the extent of my interactions on their platform. It felt like a badge of honor, having my engagement with them recognized and shared. It's not every day that a company takes the time to highlight a user's journey. It was a unique experience, and I recommend everyone to try it out!

The marketing module has significantly driven new business and is very cost-effective. The activity section allows us to maintain good records of client contacts, and we can easily bcc email communications into the client record. The layout of fields is simple to modify according to our business needs, and we can add extra fields.
