I no longer require consultants or programmers to effectively run my business. I can manage most tasks on my own and if I can't, Hubspot's support is incredibly helpful and quick to respond. It surpasses all other products in terms of user-friendliness and customization. Honestly, I have no complaints. I left Salesforce because its user interface is awful and it's difficult to accomplish anything without a consultant or developer. Additionally, when you factor in the license cost and the development/maintenance cost, Salesforce is very costly and inefficient.

He acknowledged that this was a common concern and assured me that he would submit a refund request on my behalf. I appreciated his honesty and commitment to resolving my issue.On 1/4/24, I received an email from their contract team. They informed me that they would cancel my account, but I would still be responsible for the remainder of the one-year term, which amounted to $3. While this was unexpected, I appreciated their transparency and clear communication. It's clear that HubSpot Sales Hub is committed to upholding their contractual obligations, which is a testament to their professionalism. Despite the initial misunderstanding, I'm confident that their team will continue to provide excellent customer service and support.
