      I integrated Agile CRM with Facebook and it was fantastic, particularly as we were using ads to capture leads. The automation was set up and we had a lot of engagement with customers, making them feel valued. Agile CRM was an essential tool for managing my business, excellent for capturing leads, automating and controlling all activities. What I appreciated the most was the email automation. However, they recently launched another tool and seemed to neglect this one. Over the years, I also consistently requested the addition of more currencies, but this was not implemented. I switched to Agile CRM because it appeared simpler to use and had many great features.
