      I find Birdeye's social reports and reviews management excellent, as it effectively links our Facebook, Google, and Instagram for our quarterly reports. However, I wish there was an auto-response feature for the inbox chat, as we're not always available to answer questions. I also found the survey integration subpar. Despite these issues, I plan to continue using Birdeye for its social features and reviews, as they've been responsive and efficient.

      Resolving a Billing Issue with Birdeye: A Test of Trust and Patience

      I've been using Birdeye software for a year now and I must say, it's been a great journey! I decided to end my subscription at the end of August this year, and there was a minor hiccup - an extra $33 was deducted from my business account in September. But hey, we all know that sometimes, mistakes happen. I immediately reached out to Birdeye's customer service and spoke to two of their representatives. They were very understanding and assured me that they would look into the matter. I also informed my bank about the situation and they are working on recouping the funds. Now, it's almost the end of November and I'm still waiting for my $33. But I'm not worried. I have faith in Birdeye's customer service and my bank. I'm sure they'll sort it out soon. In the meantime, I'm considering reaching out to the Office of Fair Trading just to keep them in the loop. Despite this minor setback, I still believe in Birdeye and the value it has added to my business. I'm looking forward to seeing how they resolve this issue and I'm sure it will only strengthen my trust in them.
