      I find Cloudtalk to have a user-friendly interface that is simple and easy to use, superior to many other products with complex interfaces. However, I've noticed that when I have the plugin installed in Chrome, Cloudtalk sometimes misidentifies any sequence of numbers as a phone number. Despite this, Cloudtalk is greatly assisting us in integrating all the countries that my company provides technical support to.

      I found CloudTalk simple to initiate and introduce to my team. It was user-friendly and my team quickly adapted to making outbound and inbound calls using their programs. The telephony system was set up in less than an hour and adding new users was easy. However, I think the integrations with homegrown CRMs could be better. We've had some challenges with calls not coming through, regardless of whether we're on WiFi or 5G with a strong signal. But I'm confident that with the right tweaks and adjustments, we'll get there.Our team of 5 agents has had some difficulty receiving calls via CloudTalk, but I see this as an opportunity for improvement.       Superb CloudTalk Experience

      I had a positive experience with CloudTalk. It was user-friendly and easy to set up, and it's reasonably priced. I valued the decent free tier, which is missing in other products. However, they need to create a better phone app. I opted for CloudTalk as other alternatives were pricier, more difficult to establish, and notably Freshcaller was extremely irritating during onboarding and was dishonest.

After testing several solutions, I found that CloudTalk was the only one that fulfilled all my needs at a very reasonable price. It's one of the best and simplest tools I've ever used. It's packed with features and is very user-friendly, requiring no specific knowledge to operate. The setup was fast and the call quality is superb, even for international calls to countries like China, where most providers usually struggle. CloudTalk also has prebuilt integrations with most CRM systems, including Zendesk, and is very cost-effective compared to other competitors. So far, it's been performing excellently. The only issue I've encountered is that I've been unable to install the CloudTalk client app from the Zendesk Marketplace, but their phone and desktop clients work flawlessly.
