      Quiq is a highly customizable software that I find integrates seamlessly with Zendesk, enabling significant automation and customization in both sales and support. With Zendesk, I can automate SMS flows and set timed responses for instances where a user doesn't reply to initial outreach. This has facilitated our rapid and efficient growth through the use of triggers, automation, and detailed reporting within and outside the software. However, during periods of high traffic, with 300-400 active conversations, it can become slightly slow for agents, but this is rarely an issue. I do notice a lack of automated daily reporting exports/emails in the dashboard and a lack of search capabilities for current conversations or searching for ongoing open conversations in the Manager/Reports View.

      Overall, my experience with quiq-messaging has been excellent. We decided to experiment with SMS and have been very satisfied with our customer's response and the ease of implementation. We also incorporated Apple Business Chat, which was incredibly simple to set up and has functioned flawlessly. The software is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Being a new software, it doesn't have as many features or as much functionality as we would prefer. However, their customer support is outstanding and they are diligently working to enhance and assist us in any possible way. They are very responsive.

      I find Quiq-messaging to be increasingly multichannel, offering our clients more ways to reach us beyond just phone calls. The software is very user-friendly and we've been able to train our users quickly and efficiently without any problems. The customer service and support from the Quiq team has been outstanding, they're always available and ready to help us when needed. We're still fairly new to the platform and so far, I haven't come across any issues. This might be because I'm still exploring all that Quiq has to offer, but so far, I haven't encountered any problems. We switched to Quiq after ending our contract with Oracle.

      I utilize Quiq Messaging for both our customers and field technicians. It aids us in generating leads from our website and attracting new customers. We frequently send outbound messages to customers, requesting pictures of their systems, enabling us to provide swift and accurate quotes without needing to visit their homes. We also use it to inform our technicians about same-day cancellations. Prior to Quiq, we used MightyText and a cell phone for all our outbound communications, but encountered syncing issues where messages didn't always appear in the app. Quiq has significantly enhanced our online presence. Thanks to its snippets feature, I can simultaneously be on the phone and in the chat, or in multiple chats with ease. Its easily editable auto-response messages inform our customers about our available hours. We've also added a visual element to our online/phone quotes by sending pictures to a group inbox via text. The only drawback is that Quiq lacks a contact list, which we previously used.

      I've experienced numerous issues with Quiq. It falsely reports more chats than we've managed, a critical metric in my business, and gives wrong response times, leading to additional problems. It frequently malfunctions, marking chats as missed or agents as unresponsive. There are much better messaging software options out there. Their customer support is practically non-existent. The only positive is that the settings can be tweaked to enhance the user experience. However, the reporting is inaccurate and the timing is not correctly calculated.

      At our institution, we were in need of a texting or chat solution due to the nature and size of our business. Quiq provided us with solutions to problems we didn't even realize we had. No other texting platforms catered to an entire contact center like Quiq did. We appreciate the ability to switch between text and chat, and use text as an alternative to inbound calls. We also find texting to be the primary communication medium for loan transactions, as it's the preferred method for borrowers. Quiq is a fantastic company with excellent customer service and a genuine concern for client success. The software transitions seamlessly between text and chat depending on the user's device. It can be used for our entire call center, outbound marketing, and one-on-one interactions between loan officers and borrowers. The product seems technologically advanced, and discussions about Apple Business Chat and future plans excite me. I have no dislikes about the software. Our only challenge is deciding how to use it. I suggest clearer implementation and initial training, but any delay or confusion was mostly on our end.
