I value the extensive customization we can perform internally and the flexibility of the reporting suite. However, linking to certain tables can considerably slow down the reporting process, especially with campaign membership.

Awful Service Experience
I had a terrible experience with Workbooks. They never posted the results of my day 2 test. I spent 2 hours on the phone and still didn't receive my results. I believe it's a scam. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

Our customer service quality has enhanced and it has generally aided our company's growth. We required a specific feature and were told it would be available in a future release. We modified a business process and the feature was released earlier than anticipated.

PCR Test Cancellation 5 Days Prior
I had to cancel my PCR test 5 days prior to the appointment and was charged £15 for the cancellation. They said it could take up to 1 working days for the refund, which I don't think is good enough.

I had an interesting experience with Rapid Clinics for my 2/8 day test upon returning from France. I understand the high cost (£2) of these tests from a government perspective as a deterrent to travel. However, when a private lab charges such an amount, it's clear they are investing in the necessary resources to deliver the service I paid for. To my surprise, I had to wait a week for my day-2 result. This gave me ample time to reflect on the importance of these tests and the role they play in tracking new variants. It was a bit of a thrill, chasing results and interacting with customer service agents who were still learning the ropes. The delay, while initially seeming like an inconvenience, actually highlighted the importance of these tests. It made me realize that my flatmate and I are part of a larger community effort to prevent the spread of the virus. I believe this lab should be recognized for its efforts, even if there are areas for improvement. I see this as a learning curve for them and I plan to provide constructive feedback to the relevant authorities. The professionalism may have been lacking at times, but it's clear they are dealing with a high-pressure situation. It's a reminder that we're all human and doing our best in these challenging times. I would recommend this company, with the understanding that patience and understanding are required. It's not just about getting a test, it's about contributing to a larger cause.
