      I had the opportunity to try out Tidio's trial period and it was quite an interesting experience, despite a few minor bugs. When I decided to upgrade to their paid service, I was initially taken aback. They advertised a monthly rate of 29 euros, but it turned out to be an annual payment, so they deducted 29 euros from my account right away. It was a surprise, but I understood it might have been a misunderstanding. Despite this, I was eager to explore the full potential of the service. After the upgrade, I noticed that the information provided was not as detailed as Google Analytics, and I had some difficulties communicating with customers. However, I believe this could be due to some technical issues that can be resolved. I'm currently in the process of seeking a refund and considering uninstalling the software. It's a bit disappointing because Tidio could have been a fantastic tool for our business. I'm hopeful that they will address these issues and improve their service. I'm looking forward to seeing how they handle this situation. UPDATE: Tidio has responded here, and although it's been three days and the dispute via PayPal hasn't been resolved yet, I'm optimistic that they will refund my money soon. I believe in giving second chances and I'm excited to see how Tidio will turn this around.
