My overall experience with Chatfuel has been slightly above average. I find the limited publishing channels and the mixed approach between blocks and flows to result in fragmented and unoptimized work, which is disappointing. I've always appreciated the software's ease of use and the organization of the workspace. It was one of the first platforms to allow integration with external systems, which enabled interesting automations and webviews. However, I feel that Chatfuel's rate of growth could be faster. The flow designer was introduced years after its competitors and still lacks some functionalities today. The block approach is still present, but I believe the platform should fully transition to the flow designer.
